In 2011, my practice was like many independent clinics. I had a clear vision for patient care, but I was hitting a ceiling. I wanted to move beyond traditional medication management and offer life-changing interventional treatments. By 2021, even after partnering with a like-minded physician, the math didn’t work. My time was the bottleneck. I was trying to be the CEO, CMO, auditor, and practice manager in the ten minutes between sessions and into the wee hours of the night. I knew we had the potential to grow, but I didn't have the blueprint to scale without losing the quality of care that defined us.

That is when we partnered with Cromwell Medical MSO. They didn't just give us business advice; they gave us the architectural framework to succeed.
